This policy applies to Valdovinos Photography (https://valdovinosphotography.com), a photography business operating from San Antonio, TX 78211. What information is collected

The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, email address, the type of session you are planning, an optional date and an optional message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required beyond what is marked as such.

Valdovinos Photography does not itself build a profile about you, and no account is created when you browse or make an enquiry. Cookies set by third-party advertising vendors are covered separately below.

The enquiry form composes an email in your own mail application rather than submitting to a server, which means the details you enter travel directly from your device to Valdovinos Photography without passing through an intermediate form service.

Advertising, cookies and third-party vendors

This site displays advertising served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.

Third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and your IP address, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Only to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, provide a quote and — if you book — deliver the photography service you have engaged. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or shared with third parties for marketing.

You will not be added to a mailing list as a result of making an enquiry. Any marketing communication would require you to opt in separately.

Third-party services on this site

Two embedded services appear on this website and each has its own privacy practices:

• Google Maps. The map on the homepage and contact page is embedded from Google and loads only when it enters the viewport. Google may collect information about that request under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces are self-hosted at build time rather than requested from Google servers at page load, so no font request leaves your browser.

Links to external profiles — Google Business, Yelp and Facebook — take you to sites governed by their own policies.

Photographs and client galleries

Finished galleries are delivered through a private online link shared only with you. Whether any images from your session may be used in a portfolio, on social media or on this website is a separate permission, set out in your booking agreement — and it is yours to grant or withhold.

Proposal and surprise sessions are treated as confidential by default and nothing is shared publicly without explicit permission.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer it and, where a booking follows, for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for business records.

You can ask at any time what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact valdovinosphotography@outlook.com and the request will be handled.

Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Where a session involves minors — family portraits, senior sessions, quinceañeras — arrangements are made with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
