They cover the website itself — the terms of any photography engagement are set out separately in your booking agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Information on this website

Service descriptions, planning guidance and local information are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible. Third-party details in particular — permit fees, park hours, venue rules, school deadlines and sunset times — change without notice, and you should confirm anything you are relying on directly with the organisation concerned.

No prices are published on this website. Any figure quoted to you comes from a conversation about your specific date, hours and venues, and is confirmed in writing before a booking is made.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice about permits, contracts or property access.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not reserve a date and does not create a booking. A date is reserved only when a written agreement is in place and any required deposit has been received.

Coverage hours, locations, deliverables, delivery timelines, deposit amounts, cancellation terms and postponement terms are all set out in that written agreement before anything is signed.

Intellectual property

All text, design, layout and photographs on this website are the property of Valdovinos Photography unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to this site freely.

You may not reproduce, republish, resell or use the content of this site — including photographs and written guides — for commercial purposes without written permission.

Copyright in commissioned photographs is addressed in your booking agreement. Clients normally receive high-resolution files with a personal print release; commercial usage rights are a separate matter agreed in writing.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to external resources — Google Maps, review profiles, National Park Service pages, venue and city websites — and embeds a Google Map. Valdovinos Photography does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute relating to this website falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
